Land with 11,360m2 at the entrance to the village of Sardoal, yet still with the feeling of isolation.

The land made up of olive groves, cork oaks, pine trees and various other fruit trees (arbutus, wild plums, loquat, pear, peach, pomegranate)  It has a natural source of water called a water mine, a well, a water tank and a stream at the end of the land.

You can also restore the house (which is currently in ruins) and also adapt a container that is on the land (the container comes with the property).

The location is very calm and peaceful place, 5 minutes (walking) from the village of Sardoal, where there are schools (from nursery to secondary education), health center, “general” public services, Republican National Guard (GNR) , clinics of various medical specialties (dentist, general practice, psychology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology,…) supermarkets, cafes, ready-to-wear, cultural centre, library, churches, firefighters, hairdressers, beauticians. Nearby, there are also several river beaches, the Zêzere River and the Tejo river, where in addition to bathing, you can also fish and in some, do extreme water sports. There are also lots of well-maintained walking trails and several viewpoints.

We are about 10 minutes (by car) from the city of Abrantes (where in addition to all the “normal” services found in cities, we also have a hospital and a fantastic castle). And about 15 minutes away (by car) you are at the Geodesic Centre of Portugal (literally the centre of Portugal), located in the neighbouring village of Vila-de-Rei. The property is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Lisbon (where the country’s main airport is located).

It will be a fantastic place to be in communion with nature, for animal husbandry, agriculture and even to create ecological or temporary accommodation for rural tourism (for example, yurt, tipi, caravan) or housing cooperatives.
