The quinta was established in 1754 and is located in the village of Nesperal, in the municipality of Sertã, 180km from Porto and Lisbon.

Consisting of a manor house with four suites, a kitchen, laundry, office, bar, living room, dining room, balcony, indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, spa, terrace, mechanical room and storage room, the total area of buildings is 1,300m2.

The caretaker’s house contains an apartment with two ensuite bedrooms, a balcony, garage and storage room, and there is another apartment with ensuite bedroom, kitchen and a guest bathroom.

The farm has an area for wine tasting and socializing in the garden with a barbecue and outdoor dining area for 20 people, also with a distillery apartment with a double bedroom and a large studio for 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

There are two glamping tents for four people each, each with a private bathroom, kitchen and barbecue area. it also includes four sites for campervans and waste disposal, plus two sites for camping.

The site dates back to 1756 with a rich history in winemaking, has around 3ha of organic vineyard plantation (planted in 2002), 2ha of pasture, 0.4ha of fruit trees (orange trees, olive trees, etc.), 5.3ha of forest (cork oaks and pine trees) and 0.8ha of urban area.

The buildings are in excellent condition.

Additional features include a 60 meter deep hole with an electric pump and irrigation system, horse stables, a workshop, an irrigation house, a storage room, a water tank, two wells, a house that was recently rebuilt and still unused, a magnificent lagoon within the property measuring 30x50m and an outdoor swimming pool.

The Quinta also has a license for residential tourism, winemaking, and distillery and there is still the possibility of increasing the built area.

At the farm’s restaurant, the food is made with the best quality products and most of them are organically produced within the farm, it is rated at 9.8/10 on the famous restaurant review website ‘thefork’.
