The mains water is heated by a gas boiler and there is a back up immersion heater, if ever needed.

Outside, there is a large patio area (65m2) with seating around a log pit fireplace, for winter evenings gazing at the stars. The built in seating is sufficient for 8 x people and there is an area for dining for up to a further 6 people.

There are steps down through the upper gardens to the graded garden levels, which contain olive, orange, cherry and willow trees. There is a small hidden vegetable garden to the side, with access to the large wood/tool store, part of the property – but not visible from any of the living areas. The garden area is 400m2.
