Rustic land of 2,750m2 located in Póvoa de Rio de Moinhos, a few meters from the village.

This land is flat and very green, which is a sign of fertile land. There are some olive trees and vines. Mains electricity connected and water is supplied by a large, granite stone well.

There are also two small constructions on the land. One is for the electricity connection and one is for storage (around 6m2). It is possible to place a temporary structure.

Good access by dirt road.

5 minutes from the village, but benefits from a location within the isolated countryside to enjoy the nature. Póvoa de Rio de Moinhos is 18km from the city of Castelo Branco. Very close is also the Dam of Santa Águeda (also known as Marateca dam) is located on the River Ocreza, a tributary of the Tagus River, and came into operation in 1990.

This dam, in addition to the leisure activities that allows to carry out, seeks to reconcile the strong demand of this area with the conservation of environmental and ecological values, especially the preservation of water quality, and also the use of resources through an integrated approach of the potentialities and limitations of the environment, with a view to defining a sustainable development model for the territory.
