The farm is isolated and is very quiet with amazing panoramic views but is still only 15min drive from Fundao where you can find everything you need – big supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a beautiful farmers market on Mondays. Only 25min from Covilha which has a shopping mall and the university, nightlife and very good restaurants.

If you want to hang with the locals and sip a great cup of coffee – you can drive just 5 minutes to Pero Viseu and enjoy the lovely locals who will help you with everything you need.

The farm is fully documented, all is legal with almost 600m2 legalized urban and rustic.
