The third zone is characterized by its dense forest, a forest of cork oaks and holm oaks, occupying an area of 4ha, with around a hundred trees, almost all of which are adult cork oaks, which are responsible for the production of between 3500 and 4000 kilos of cork. Among these, you can also see some holm oaks and pine trees.

The water for irrigation comes from four wells, two of which are large and a pond, the electricity connections are located near the entrance to the farm.

Located at one of the ends of the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, it has a great location about 2 kilometres from a village. The nearest towns, São Miguel de Acha and Penamacor, are located 9km and 17km away respectively. In turn, the county seat, Idanha-a-Nova, and the district capital, Castelo Branco, are 28km and 38km away.
