A farm with 6.8ha of land and a rural granite house with an area of 60m2 built before 1951 – does not require a license for use.

The farm is divided into three distinct areas facing one of the two largest wells and closest to the house is a fenced vegetable garden area, with some fruit trees, occupying around 4,000m2.

A second area, with around 1.8ha of clean, flat and ploughed land, separated in the middle by another of the large wells, has been dedicated to the cultivation of beans and other rainfed crops.

The third zone is characterized by its dense forest, a forest of cork oaks and holm oaks, occupying an area of 4ha, with around a hundred trees, almost all of which are adult cork oaks, which are responsible for the production of between 3500 and 4000 kilos of cork. Among these, you can also see some holm oaks and pine trees.

The water for irrigation comes from four wells, two of which are large and a pond, the electricity connections are located near the entrance to the farm.

Located at one of the ends of the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, it has a great location about 2 kilometres from a village. The nearest towns, São Miguel de Acha and Penamacor, are located 9km and 17km away respectively. In turn, the county seat, Idanha-a-Nova, and the district capital, Castelo Branco, are 28km and 38km away.
