The flat fertile land has many old productive fruit trees, including oranges, lemons, mandarins, tangerines, grapefruit, blood orange, apple, plum, persimmon, cherry, fig, peach, quince, pear, pomegranate, walnut, chestnut, hazelnut, various berries and other varieties as delicious organic fruit suppliers.

There are also many old vines (different varieties) and 40 olive trees. The soil is very fertile and has been cultivated without chemicals. The site has different areas with diverse flora. Interesting possibilities for plots for campers or tiny houses with lake view.

There is a living room, four small to medium-sized rooms, a former kitchen, two bathrooms, a storeroom, and three utility/ cellar rooms in the basement.
