Property Description

Quinta de São Domingos de Baixo is a beautiful south facing property with absolutely fantastic views of the rolling valley.

The Quinta has good access on a 750meter track, the location is private and idyllic.

Land with 5,200m2. There are some large terraced fields with 2 large water wells for irrigation which have water all year round. The property is a highly cultivated olive orchid, with many fig trees bearing lots of big figs, it is fully fenced with a large gate for vehicular access.

The house is a single-story brick build with a 12m2 footprint. The walls are good and the roof was recently renovated. The views from the building (as from the rest of the land) are breath taking. Also included is a campervan that can not be driven on the road but can instead be used as a bedroom/living space or storage.

Electricity is not currently set up but two large 24v solar panels are wired in, just requiring batteries and an inverter to get going, there’s no lack of sunshine on this property! It would also be possible to connect to the grid (connection point 500-600 metres away).

Internet can be accessed through on a sim monthly contract, I have installed a discrete antenna and the speeds are very good (30+ Mbp/s)

The village of Palvarinho is a mere 1km away and the town of Salgueiro do Campo, with full amenities, is 3km. The city of Castelo Branco is only 7km away and has everything a city can offer.
