This renovated cottage (40m2 living space and adjoining storage shed of 8m2) can remain, whether or not the 28-unit development is carried forward. The cottage sits mid-way into the plot, above and beside a consolidated track leading in from the main tarmac road. Beyond the cottage, on the highest part of the plot, is where permission has been granted to build the complex. A non-tarmac road exists at that end of the property also, with access through a gate.

Permission has already been granted for a complex which has 28 separate units, arranged in a courtyard layout. The area of the proposed build is 3,400m2, with each separate unit having an area of 46m2, and each unit to house one or two inhabitants.

Fenced land with 20,000m2, secured with wire-mesh fencing. Trees, including fruit trees, are distributed over the plot at present. There is a second adjoining plot of 6,000m2 available included in the sale. There is a well on site and there is a pump to bring water from that well on the lowest part of the site up to a storage tank at the top of the site for subsequent gravity feed to the cottage.

The idea is that if a buyer requires a “golden visa” then the secondary plot can be included, but the secondary plot is not integral to the development’s permission. If a buyer does not require a golden visa, then the secondary 6,000m2 need not be included in the sale, and the price can be revised downwards to 450,000 euros instead.
