Else has more than 5 years of experience with:

• The whole process of selling and buying properties in alignment with a lawyer.
• Coordinating projects around the registration or correction of land or house paperwork.
• The process of dealing with wills and the paperwork around the passing of a loved one.
• Getting everything you need to settle in Portugal (NIF number, electricity connection, etc.)

 

Skills:

• Portuguese, English and Dutch language. On the spot translation and certified translated documents.
• The ability to create clarity in chaos and to find creative solutions.
• Experience with the local culture to create understanding in situations of conflict.
• Knowing how to fly a Drone (and own one) for amazing video’s and pictures of a property.

 

Location:
Else works form the municipality of Benfeita in the district of Coimbra. She travels max 1.5 hours (one way) for a job. She covers for example the districts of Coimbra, Viseu, and the West sides of Castelo Branco and Guarda.
