I am Hatti, the newest member of the Pure Portugal Team.

I have relocated to Portugal having lived most of my life in the English Lake District. I have always been a country girl but have craved living within a different culture, warmer climate and somewhere me and my family can enjoy a simple off grid life together for a long time. My husband and I have had a dream of living a more self-sufficient life with our two sons for a while and came across Portugal this year, then quickly decided to make the move and the rest is history!

I have been running a graphic & web design agency for over 5 years since after my son was born. I love the the flexible hours and freedom it gives me which enable me to work around family and also actually to enable me to move abroad too! I have also studied a few holistic therapies and have almost qualified as a flower essence practitioner, which I hope to do more with in the future.

At the time of writing this I have only been living in Portugal on a rented Quinta for 1 week but it feels like a dream come true. My family and I are enjoying the laid back way of life and feel so blessed to be living somewhere which has lots of fruit and olive trees and where the sun shines even in November!

I’ll be helping out mainly with Pure Portugal Holidays and Rentals, but also giving Joana a hand with uploading new properties for sale.
