If we thought 2020 was a strange year when it came to restrictions and being stuck at home, it certainly seems the first month of 2021 has decided to follow suit!
Finally getting some clarity on the new Brexit residency rules and the ability for more people to work remotely has bolstered the property market in Portugal, we are still seeing as many people as ever wanting to purchase property and are thrilled to say we are helping sellers find buyers for their properties in record times, so we know that making a move is still very in peoples sights!
HOWEVER…. with understandable concerns about the virus and the announcement of travel restrictions and lockdowns in many countries worldwide, it can feel incredibly frustrating to be stuck at home, unable to travel, when all you want to do is start to build your new dream life!
