Property Description

Secluded plot consisting of flat land in the valley, approximately 5,000m2 area in total including terrace, watermine, a stream and a swimming pond with a little waterfall which has water year around, there is a forest area with pine and oak trees.

The valley has a big oak tree, an old apple tree and some vines, and a nice spot with cork oak trees. It is located in a quiet location at the borders of a small mountain village near Serta and Cernache do Bonjardim.

The lands borders are the steep dirt road leading to it and a shallow stone wall in the valley to the north, the stream in the valley to the east, about 30 meters further from the pond in the south, and the dirt road in the west.

It is possible to drive down to the valley with a normal car and get up again, though we never tried to go there with a camper van. You could definitely get down though there.

During winter the flat land can get muddy due to the rising water level of the stream. It has good sun exposure despite being surrounded by trees.

The land attached to it, which includes a ruin, has been abandoned for many years so might be up for sale as well.
