Property Description

Fully operational tea business located in Ladoeiro

Family-run, national and independent business, founded in 2007, dedicated to the production of teas and aromatic and spicy herbs, located in Ladoeiro (Idanha-a-Nova).

The property has a total area of 8ha and includes olive groves (around 200 trees), fig and other fruit trees, irrigated arable crops and a pond.

The property also includes an urban item, consisting of a 300 m2 warehouse used for industrial activity with a current licence and a greenhouse of approximately 250 m2.

Aromatic and spicy herbs are the centrepiece of the production, which is certified organic. Currently, around 30 species are produced and 80 products resulting from their processing are commercialised.

The farm has been in full operation since 2007, with a large portfolio of loyal customers and a consolidated turnover. It also includes a variety of machinery for cutting, drying, crushing and packaging plants, as well as office furniture and some household appliances.

The farm is located in the village of Ladoeiro, in the region of Idanha-a-Nova, between the Naturtejo Geopark and the Tejo Internacional Natural Park, in a territory where the ecological and edaphoclimatic conditions are ideal for the production of sublime aromatic herbs with intense aromas and flavours.
