Century-old manor house located in Troviscal, in the picturesque village of Castanheira de Pera, at the foot of the Lousã mountain range.

The house underwent renovations from scratch in 2007.

The house is ready to live in, but is already in need of some maintenance and renovation work.

Castanheira de Pera is a village with history, where the first river beach with artificial waves was born, which attracts more than 300 thousand people, as well as the 20 natural river beaches around it, of great beauty.

The Ribeira do Quelhas with its natural waterfalls, the walkways going up the mountain, eco-tourism, hiking trails, motorized and adventure sports, the super enduro track, the wonderful Schist Villages of Serra da Lousã, All this combined with a very characteristic gastronomy, makes this area in central Portugal a very visited place with many tourists of all nationalities.
