The theme of our retreat is ANXIETY & CHANGE.
Are you feeling anxious more than you would like? Is the thought of stressing you out? Whether in the middle of change, want to make future changes or looking to find ways of coping with unwanted/unexpected change. We invite you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and the healing of therapy.
We offer healing for the body and the mind.

Accommodation will be provided by https://www.quintadamondega.com this is the next door property, just a short walk along the river from Quinta da Otter where the therapies and workshops will be held.

- 1stress release and healing Sound bath

THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
HYPNOTHERAPY WORKSHOP
Day 1 (3 hours)
*What is hypnotherapy, how does it work, can it help me?
* What is self hypnosis? How do you self-hypnotise? What tools are available to me?
*What is anxiety, how does it effect me physically and emotionally, what tools do I have to reduce my anxiety?
*Group self hypnosis tutorial
*Q&A
* Group hypnotherapy and guided meditation and mindfulness session. Using a technique called Time Line therapy. This will focus on instilling positive changes in belief systems, updating/removing old negative unhelpful beliefs. Also strengthening curiosity, confidence and hope about the future and any changes the future will invariably hold. This group session will be recorded and emailed to participants in MP3 format.
Day 2 (3 hours)
*How does hypnotherapy work with pain control and the reduction uncomfortable emotions and feelings.
*Practical demonstrations, including group arm levitation and pain/tension reduction.
*How the principles of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Hypnotherapy work together. How self-compassion, mindfulness & questioning your thoughts will dramatically reduce anxiety.
*Group hypnotherapy session. This session will be recorded and emailed to participants in MP3 format.
SOMATIC WORK *conscious movement
*We will experience what it feels like to inhabit our body when we are in different emotional states and will learn easy techniques to help ourselves to release tension, sadness, anger and anxiety.
SOUND BATH
*A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as, singing bowls, rattles and tuning forks.
CRANEOSACRAL THERAPY WORKSHOP
*What is CST? What is trauma?
*What does our body do when we experience trauma?
*How can we use the body to release trauma?
*Learn the tool of active listening to improve communication with each other
You will spend a weekend in stunning nature and will be held by two experienced therapists who will guide you to process change and become lighter, calmer and empowered.
