Advertising your Property for Sale

bullet One page advert with details of accommodation plus photo gallery

If you have property for sale in Portugal we can advertise it on our website: a one-page advert with full details of your property plus a photo gallery page. If your property sells as a result of our advertising, we ask for a 2% fee (no sale, no advertising fee!).

If you agree to our terms and conditions and would like to advertise your property for sale on our website, please email sophie@pureportugal.co.uk with details and photos (.jpg format and minimum 640 x 480 pixels) of your property.

If you are unable to supply your own details and/or photos, we are happy to visit your property to take them. For this service we charge 40 euros to cover our time and expenses.

We reserve the right to refuse to advertise properties we believe to be overpriced or have any serious problems, for example with the paperwork. We are not keen to advertise new-build properties unless they have some environmental merit - for example enough land to enable some degree of self-sufficiency, alternative/"green" power supply, own water source, etc.

Real Estate Promotional Movies (Online Virtual Tours)

A highly recommended addition to your property advertising with Pure Portugal. An online virtual tour can increase your chances of a quick sale by 25%.

Price List and Service Guide
Standard Tour: Four one-shot panoramic images shown on a standard viewer with zoom function. 200 euros. Additional panoramic images: 30 euros per image.
Premium Tour: Four one-shot panoramic images individually processed shown on a customised viewer and loading screen. Full screen capability and zoom function: 300 euros. Additional panoramic images: 35 euros per image.
Deluxe Tour: Four high definition panoramic images individually processed shown on a customised viewer and loading screen. Full screen capability and zoom function: 450 euros. Additional high resolution panoramic images: 60 euros per image.
Bespoke Tours: Individually tailored tour service including such features as virtual walk-throughs, audio walk-throughs, hot-spotted floor plans and much more. These custom tours are priced on an individual basis.

Special Offer! As an introductory offer we will deduct the price of your virtual tour from our advertising fee if your property sells via Pure Portugal. We will deduct up to a maximum of:
200 euros (standard tour) for properties with a selling price of up to 200,000 euros.
300 euros (premium tour) for properties with a selling price of 200,000 - 300,000 euros.
450 euros (deluxe tour) for properties with a selling price of over 300,000 euros.

Purchasing Property in Portugal

If you are considering purchasing property in Central Portugal, we can put you in touch with owners and agents with properties for sale. We can also recommend translators (see below), solicitors, builders, etc. and offer informal advice on all aspects of purchasing property in Portugal.

We are happy to accompany you to view properties, and give our unbiased opinion on them, for this we charge 10 euros per hour to cover our time and expenses.

Translation Service

Pedro Filipe is university educated and for the last four years has been helping and advising foreigners to get established in Central Portugal, mainly in the Tabua / Arganil region, but is willing to travel to assist. He has a wide range of contacts in the legal, construction and planning, motor, & local government sectors. He is a translator only, and does not negotiate on behalf of clients. He does not ask for or accept any commission from anyone, and works solely for his clients. He can provide references if required.
