The house does not offer great views but would make an ideal place to retreat after exploring the countryside, neighbouring villages and towns.

There is a small garden located near the property (and belonging to the property) that offers good views.

All daily amenities are nearby from a local shop, plus fresh bread is delivered to the village 6 times a week and five times per week fresh fish or vegetables can also be purchased.

Situated in a quiet village, Penela is only a 10 minute drive and Miranda do Corvo 5 minutes, where all daily amenities are available and also a good selection of restaurants and cafés. Coimbra can be reached by public transport that runs regularly from the village.
