All of the accommodation is in walk-in condition and has been lovingly restored by craftsmen to reflect the beauty of the natural stone and timber materials used in its original construction. As one would expect, the buildings are fully equipped with quality furniture and fittings throughout and are thoughtfully appointed to take full advantage of the astounding views up and down the river valley.

The large baker's oven of the original farm has also been restored as a feature and once again forms the natural heart of the quinta providing pizzas and traditional breads for guests to enjoy in a convivial atmosphere on the large and comfortable communal terrace.

The quinta has 54,000m2 (5.4 hectares) of riverside land with wild trees and shrubs like oak, cork oak, olive, pine, willow, elderberry, alder, broom, hawthorn and blackberry are complimented by figs, kiwis, nuts and quince. In addition, there is an organic garden and free ranging chickens and ducks.

The current owners are selling as they have purchased a property in the Austrian Alps which they intend to develop as a similar business. All paperwork for Quinta do Rabaçal is up to date and in order.
