First floor - the original entrance to the farmhouse is via a double stone staircase to the side of the house. This leads to a central hallway where there is access to five bedrooms. There is also a double aspect living room and a kitchen to this floor. A pantry is located adjacent to the kitchen though at present can only be accessed via the hallway.
Attic - off the central hallway there is a wooden staircase leading to the attic. The attic is currently only used for storage purposes.
Connected to both mains water and electricity.
Attached to the farmhouse is a large covered storage area, which has been constructed at a later date than the original building. This storage area could be converted into additional living space.
Set on a plot of flat land measuring 600m2. Good access via a gravel road with ample off street parking.
Situated in a private location though it is not isolated, as positioned in the small hamlet of Telhadas, near Ferreira do Zêzere in Central Portugal.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which takes one and a half hours by car.
