The property comes with 1,000m2 of land. The garden is situated to the rear of the house and there is a good variety of fruit trees including orange, olive and lemon. The garden is private and spacious enough to accommodate a swimming pool if required.

The property is set on a quiet cobbled road which receives a small amount of local traffic.

The property is situated near the town of Cernache do Bonjardim in Central Portugal. Cernache do Bonjardim has shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, schools, pharmacy, health centre and sports centre. The larger town of Serta is a 30 minutes drive.

The closest airport to the property is situated at Porto, which is 190km away.

The property does need a lot of renovation work, but could be turned into a cosy country home.
