A small granite shed (25m2) has been renovated and has the roof and cupboards built with wood from the quinta’s own forest. All the woodwork has been treated with environmentally friendly borax and linseed oil. The upstairs space houses a small kitchen and living space with room for a foldable bed. The walls are rendered with an insulating loam/sawdust mixture. A rocket stove serves for cooking and heating. A downstairs bathroom is almost finished. A solar wall heating system is prepared.

The large granite shed (42m2) has a new roof. Both upstairs and downstairs have ample headroom to convert it to living space, storage, space for animals – whatever you require.

Small holding of almost 4 hectares with many natural resources. There are several fruit and nut trees on the plot: cherry, apple, hazelnut, walnut, fig, plum, pear, peach and olive trees. More than half is terraced arable land with beautiful views and privacy. The rest is forest and has many mature deciduous trees, unique to this region.

The property is situated along a river in a secluded valley but is not isolated. The valley is shared with 2 other properties, one is inhabited full-time, and one part-time. Uphill in the forest there are several accessible terraces, and down in the valley larger terraces can be found. Along the river lie some large fields, ideal for crops, as they are easier to irrigate.

The property is accessed by a dirt road, and all terraces are accessible with 4x4 vehicle or tractor.
