Terrace: 6m x 8m . Power points and light. Sun from sunrise to sunset. Nice and private, too. Brilliant for a hot tub.
Workroom/Garden store: 5.3m x 3m . Power points and light.
Woodstore: 5.5m x 1.8m . More than enough capacity for a Portuguese winter. Also the lockable gas-store.
The gardens contain low maintenance features, three grape vines, and olive, orange, lemon, lime, pomegranate, nespera and quince trees. A 4,500l and a 1,000l water tanks are connected to the rain-water system. Many colourful flowers throughout. Five sitting areas, depending upon the view, sun, or how you feel. Hard-standing area of 6m x 5.5m with vehicular access to road. More of those magnificent views.

Location: The main North-South motorway is accessed via Condeixa (15 min) or Pombal (20min). Porto airport - 1 hour 30min - new airport, very user-friendly. Lisbon airport - 2 hours. Ansião - 10 min - is the administrative town, with all facilities. Very good weekly market. Coimbra - major historic city - 20/25min. Furthest parts of Portugal only six hours away.

Benefits: Low cost of living, pure air, tranquillity, fresh fruit and veg from the markets, wonderful quality of life. Many Portuguese have a smattering of English, helpful in the early times of learning the language, etc... Houses in this area rent out very well, giving a sound income - another possibility?
