Casa WladiVal is a stunning private lakeside residence with spacious living accommodation and 4 en-suite bedrooms.

Currently run as a successful B&B the property is now for sale as a going concern with everything included. It is set on a unique location and has approx. 75m of private lake beach. All around the village is protected area and therefore no new builds have been allowed since the 1990s.

Breakfast and dining area, living area, reading area with open fire place. Separated fitted kitchen with all needed equipment. Separate common toilet with washing and drying machine. Separate small gym. On the first floor you will find the bedrooms. The whole house has central heating and some of the rooms have air conditioning. Large basement used has play-room, storage area and small wine cellar.

The B&B has four en-suite double rooms and a small house located in the garden and overlooking the lake.

The attic has about 100m2 and can easily be expanded for more bedrooms or for a private apartment/loft with fantastic views to the lake.

"Little House" for rentals, located in the garden and overlooking the Zêzere River. On the first floor there's a very spacious double bedroom. The living room is on the ground floor and can easily be converted into the children's bedroom. Small toilet with shower. Air conditioning and satellite dish.

Private lakeside garden, barbecue, car-parking facilities, terrace with garden furniture. The garden has two terraces each approx. 75m long and with superb views to the lake and to the mountains. The lower terrace has a direct staircase to the private and legalized boat and swimming platform.

Dornes is a lost medieval village-peninsula located in the Heart of Portugal and also a place where one can easily travel back in time, incorporating local legends of magic and mystery. In the terraced garden enjoy the shade of the several trees and the green lawn: both make for a great option for reading a book or just taking a siesta. If you want to keep active, take advantage of outdoor activities such as biking, canoeing, swimming, hiking and black bass fishing (Micropterus salmoides). There are plenty of good restaurants in the city of Tomar, serving national and international food. If you just cross the river Zêzere to the other side, you'll be in Beira Baixa, one of the Old Portuguese provinces with lots of delicious regional dishes awaiting you.

The B&B has no direct competition due to its unique location: inside historical village, protected area/landscape all around and 75m private lake beach.

Present owners could provide some assistance with local supply companies and local authorities, but no specific training is required.
